The Async API provides a REST interface that helps you to submit any recorded or saved conversations to Symbl. When you submit a conversation, you’ll receive a Conversation ID ( conversationId
), which is unique to your conversation.
- Text type i.e. chats or emails.
- Audio type i.e. audio clips from customer, sales or marketing meetings.
- Video type i.e. sales, marketing meeting recorded videos.
- Here when we say recorded media that implies meeting or conversation is already finished. And the users are sending us the recording for it.
- Here these recorded files can be present in the local server
